We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via our trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package using the link provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 3 times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you for further steps.

7. Delays or Issues

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event of damage or loss:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Send photos of the packaging and product via email/WhatsApp.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select locations..
  • Please ensure availability of the exact amount at the time of delivery.
